We’re talking glittery knee-length boots (we see you Kendall!), full-length sequin gowns, sparkling jumpsuits, practically made for the Kira-Kira app. These sparkle-obsessed stars are completely unapologetic about shining bright, and we don't fault them for it. In fact, we are officially naming 2017 the year of the sparkle.
