South by Southwest (SXSW) has become a one-stop shop for the arts and entertainment, so it's no wonder its attendees have also developed a sharp, southern sartorial charm walking around those Texas streets.

Whether attending a film premiere, influencer chat, or concert, SXSW's street style is on the rise, especially with Western wear becoming all the rage — we are talking to you, Beyoncé fans! — so, of course, Teen Vogue had to make its way to Austin to see it with our own eyes.

If you're not entirely familiar with the event, SXSW is a conglomerate festival celebrating the "convergence of tech, film, music, education, and culture" hosted annually in Austin, Texas. What does that mean? Film premieres attended by the likes of Sydney Sweeney and Selena Gomez, music performances, and interactive media galore.

The mega event started in the late '80s and has grown in the last few years as a secondary film premiere spot next to Sundance. It also has expanded to host celebrities like Lizzo, Chlöe Bailey, and Nick Jonas.
