It's no secret that every season has its share of pros and cons when it comes to makeup. As far as downsides go, winter elicits woes such as parched skin and perpetually runny noses — both of which interfere with the application and longevity of our makeup. And sadly, our beloved summertime is no different. Put it this way: any beauty junkie knows what a process it can be just to keep makeup from melting right off once the temps surpass neutral territory and reach scorching status.
