How to Make a Studded Baseball Cap
Athletic hats are still all the rage! Get in on the action with some embellished headwear.
1/7What You Need
-A baseball cap
-A variety of flat back studs
-E6000 fabric glue
-A permanent marker
-Toothpicks
2/7Mark Dots on the Brim
On the brim of the cap, mark dots where you want the studs to go. Keep the dots fairly close together and evenly spaced.
3/7Mark Dots on the Hat
On the main part of the hat, mark dots close together near the seam, spreading them out more toward the crown.
4/7Glue Studs
Use a toothpick to apply E6000 glue to a dot, and press a stud into the glue. Glue studs of the same shape on every few dots, scattering them across the hat.
5/7Repeat With Another Stud Shape
Repeat with the next stud shape, gluing in a scattered pattern around the hat.
6/7Finish Studding
Repeat with each additional type of stud until all the dot marks are covered.
7/7The Finished Cap
