Mary-Kate Olsen: Cuisine
Even though she had an extremely successful franchise as a child actress and had just become co-president of DualStar, a production company she owned with her sister Ashley, MK opted to attend NYU in 2004, studying cuisine at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study. She only stayed in the program for one year, but we bet it's only a matter of time until this actress-turned-fashion designer opens her own restaurant.

Rooney Mara: Psychology
Before she became The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Rooney was busy studying international social policy and psychology at NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, focusing on non-profit organizations. While the degree might not have anything to do with acting, it's certainly come in handy with her philanthropic endeavors. She founded the charity Faces of Kibera and now serves as the president of the Uweza Foundation, which fights the cycle of poverty that persists in Kenya's Kibera slum.

Emma Watson: English Literature
Accio, degree! This Harry Potter star was already so successful as an actress in one of the highest-grossing film series ever, but that didn’t stop her from taking the time to study at Brown University. She graduated in 2014 with a BA in English literature. Hermione must be so proud.

Rebel Wilson: Law
This funny girl not only played a lawyer in Super Fun Night, but did you know she also has a law degree in real life? Rebel got her degree from the University of New South Wales while she was trying to launch her acting career. Evidently it actually helped her in Hollywood since she had to negotiate a lot of her own contracts when she first started.

Dylan Sprouse: Video Game Design
After a successful run on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Dylan says he decided to go to college to get out of the public eye for a bit. And what better way to take a Hollywood sabbatical than by doing something you love? He found a way to incorporate his passion for video games into his college major at NYU, focusing his studies on designing them. How cool is that?
