The College Major You Should Pick Based On Your Astrology Sign
Your astrological sign can tell a lot about who you are as a person — how you handle situations, the way you see things, even how good you are at certain skills. It’s crazy how the day of the year you were born can have such an effect on your personality and life, but many astrologers swear by this logic.
Your sign can also be used when you’re faced with tough decisions such as choosing a college major. Not sure of what subject to devote your university studies to? Look to your sign to find out the things you’d be most interested in, whether that’s specific subjects (for example, Scorpio’s skills of working with money would make them a great fit for finance) or a way of life (the Sagittarius has a bohemian spirit and would do great in something like creative writing or photography, which would let them work from anywhere.)

Love being number one? Of course you do — you’re the first sign in the zodiac and you love the spotlight. But you also work hard for the attention. Performing arts is a great major for you seeing that you’re courageous and actually relish being on stage. Business is also a good option — you have tons of smart ideas and aren’t afraid to try new things, plus you appreciate independence and this degree could set you up for a career as an entrepreneur (meaning you’d be the boss!). Another choice you might want to look into is Communications. You’re really good at networking and talking others up — you’d be an excellent public relations pro.

You’re the sign of the bull, and it’s probably not a coincidence that there’s a big bronze statue of one smack dab in the heart of the Financial District of NYC. You’re smart with money and hard-working: two traits that will make you want to consider majoring in Finance. If you’re reading this and saying, “That’s not for me,” there are plenty of other things you might want to do that fit with your sign’s personality. Because you have an eye for beauty, perhaps Interior Design. Or because you have a different way of seeing things, something like Psychology would be a good major to consider, too.

You are so, so curious, Gemini, and that’s why you’ll excel at something in Journalism. Not only will you get all the details, but you’re also a great communicator. Marketing is also up your alley. And seeing that you’re a people-person, you might want to look at majors that will let you interact with others all the time. A fun one in that category would be Performing Arts, especially since you’re the type of person who loves to hop around to different projects and if you’re an actor, that will definitely be the case!

Your best trait is your ability to nurture others. You’re also very responsible, so Education might be a major you’ll want to look into (you’d be the BEST teacher!). You also are really good at taking care of others. Since wellness is important for your sign, perhaps a Pre-Med route would be good for you. Or, if the medical field isn’t for you, consider something like Hospitality and Tourism, where you’ll still be taking care of people, but in a different way.
