Topshop Teams up with Reclaim to Wear for an Eco-Chic Collection

Topshop's done it again! While we regularly turn to the revered retailer for totally trendy clothing (and collabs to match!), the focus of their second venture with Reclaim to Wear isn't only fashion, but also sustainability. The pieces, which hit the Topshop website June 20th, play with pattern in pretty silk—and pack a powerful message thanks to Reclaim to Wear's eco-experts Orsola de Castro and Filippo Ricci.

For nearly a decade the pair has focused on maximizing environmental impact through "upcycling" (creating cool clothing out of something discarded) while also conserving energy and water. "This is really an important step," explains Orsola. "One dress at a time, starting small, we are beginning to see that design can influence not just our style, but the way we think about clothes." Plus with prices from $50 to $105, picking up a chic sleeveless dress or cute camisole won't put a huge strain on your wallet.
