9 Reasons Bernie Sanders's Fans Need to Start Supporting Hillary Clinton Now
Last night, Hillary Clinton claimed victory as the presumptive Democratic nominee for the general presidential election in the fall. While the District of Columbia doesn't close out the primary season until June 14, and votes are still being counted from the slew of primaries last night, Clinton now has 2,755 delegates to Sanders's 1,852, which is more than over the 2,382 that are required to win the nomination.
Most people would agree that Bernie Sanders ran an incredible campaign, especially for a politician who wasn't well-known to the public before he announced his run in April 2015. He inspired millions — especially young people with his messages of equality and leveling the playing field for disenfranchised groups.

So if you’re a Sanders supporter and are feeling a little lost today, here are nine reasons why you shouldn’t be in mourning, and should feel more than comfortable casting your vote for Clinton in November.
