Copy Willa Holland's Glamorous Oscar Party Look
When it came to crafting Gossip Girl actress Willa Holland's classic look for the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar Viewing Party, makeup artist Jeffrey Paul turned to a starlet from a past era for inspiration: the ultra-glam Audrey Hepburn. Paul used a deep coral-orange lip to pop against Willa's fair complexion. "To compliment the dress, we wanted the makeup to be feminine and pretty with a modern appeal," says Paul.

Photo: courtesy of Lancôme2/9Paul began by moisturizing Willa’s skin with Lancôme Genéfique as the first step towards obtaining that gorgeous glow. To hydrate the sensitive area around her eyes, he used Talika eye therapy patches.

A bit of Kevyn Aucoin skin-enhancing makeup was mid into the foundation and used as concealer. "The key to this look is definition and soft sculpture," explained Paul.

Paul brushed neutral hues from Kevyn Aucoin’s Eye Shadow Palette 1 on Willa’s lids. Instead of a pencil, he used the black shadow from the same palette wet as a subtle liner.
