The Fall 2018 runways have taken a cue from one of our favorite fashion-lovers from the early-aughts. That’s right: we’re talking about Clueless’ Cher Horowitz. With all the retro looks from decades ago swirling around our wardrobes, it’s appears that this coming season, bright plaids are going to reign supreme.
