Zendaya Wore Pants Bigger Than a Ballgown on the Red Carpet Last Night

Zendaya stepped out last night for Rihanna's annual Diamond Ball event, looking gorgeous as always. She wore a set from Rosie Assoulin's Spring/Summer 2016 collection that featured a dramatic wide leg pants, and a tied one-shoulder crop top. Some are comparing the look to a bedsheet, and let's face it, if anyone can pull off wearing a bedsheet it's Zendaya.
While her look is an enviable one, this outfit isn't practical for the everyday girl — we don't all have red carpet events to attend. So for those who love Zendaya's outfit, but would have nowhere to wear it to (or if you just love Zendaya in general), we've come up with a simple alternative to her killer matching set.
Click through to see how you can make Zendaya's look both practical and your own.

Zendaya's Top
Zendaya's crop top brought back the one-shoulder trend, along with our old habits of tying our shirts near our waist.

Zendaya's Wide Leg Pants
Yes, these are actually pants. The dramatic length and width of each leg can fool the eye, but they are indeed pants.

Alternative to Zendaya's Top
Zendaya's crop top may have come in a mint green shade, but this black and white striped off the shoulder option will have you looking twice as good.

Alternative to Zendaya's Pants
Zendaya's pants were really only suitable for a red carpet, or a fashion industry insider. For the rest of us, a breezy pant that isn't as dramatic is much more ideal. Another plus: this is also a matching set.

Add some bling
And of course, we can't forget the bling. While Zendaya was decked out in diamond encrusted teardrop earrings, we can settle for this pair that isn't so icy.
