31 Best TXT TikToks to Rewatch, Because “minisode 2: Thursday's Child” Is Coming

The countdown is officially on. TXT is about to put out their fourth mini-album, minisode 2: Thursday's Child, on May 9 — and this time around, TikTok is playing a huge part in their comeback.

In the lead-up to the album’s release, the South Korean quintet crafted a detailed promotion schedule that included a spoiler week, concept photos, a tracklist reveal, an album preview, and more. And nestled within those many surprises are also exclusive pre-releases (or exclusive snippets) of the songs on TikTok.

Since the group is using their TikTok to tease and promote minisode 2, we thought: what better way to get ready for the release than by looking back at some of the best TikToks TXT has ever posted?

To be fair, TXT’s entire feed on the app could have been featured in this article, but we've combed through their page to pick 31 of our favorite TikToks from our favorite quintet to rewatch and reminisce while we get ready for minisode 2: Thursday's Child.

1. Huening Kai's PSA

“My little baby is all grown up,” posted TXT's leader in a dramatic TikTok referring to his beloved hedgehog Odi. We're sure parents around the world (who are probably not watching this) could relate.

Before Odi stopped wanting to play with Soobin, the adorable hedgehog was featured in a video promoting TXT's “Can't You See Me." And it worked. We definitely saw TXT — 6.4 million times to be exact.

7. Huening Kai's relatable energy

8. Thee video

Ah, the indisputable crown of TXT TikToks has entered the chat. With almost 78 million views and over 11 million likes to date, Yeonjun's take on the “Own Brand Freestyle” is still the group's most popular video on the social platform.

9. MC Soobin with The Boyz

MC Soobin will forever be a moment. During his time as the host of Music Bank, Soobin gave us some memorable TikToks and countless idol interactions. And, sometimes, there was an overlap — like this time he did the “LO$ER=LO♡ER” dance challenge with The Boyz's members Q and Eric.

10.  Maknaes and their dance trends

All the members of TXT post dance challenges here and there on the page — including to their own songs — but the maknaes certainly take the cake. Whether it's Becky G's “Shower,” the “remix” of Jeremih's “Oui,” or a South Korea's viral “Stepped on Poop” song, Huening Kai and Taehyun know their audience. Remember when we said something magical was going on at Big Hit? Well, the quintet was hard at work promoting The Dream Chapter: Magic. (Side note: We miss Yeonjun's natural blue hair!)

Before the “feel like cinderella naega byeonhae” became a viral soundbite on the app, TXT used the social platform to promote the actual song it came from, off their debut EP The Dream Chapter: Star. The fresh-faced super rookies were still getting the hang of TikTok, but their cuteness is unparalleled.

31. (Honorable Mention) Jessi's “Zoom In, Zoom Out” Challenge

Ok, so this isn't technically a TXT TikTok, but it does feature TXT members. After a memorable appearance on Jessi's Showterview show back in 2021, the two oldest members of TXT linked up with the soloist once again to partake in the viral “Zoom In, Zoom Out” dance challenge and the result is a pure boost of serotonin.
