Ariana Grande loves herself a good beauty transformation. We've seen her style evolve over the years, almost marking each new look with a different era in her life. And for the last two years we've seen her fully leaning into her Glinda the Good Witch era for the ongoing Wicked press run.
Grande's blonde era has been a treat, but this week she showed off a very new hair color. The 31-year-old debuted her ginger hair in an Instagram carousel post, letting us know that we just might be entering a new era.
Fans of Ariana Grande, the pop star, have been rooting for a switch up from her Wicked era, in hopes that maybe a return to the thank u, next era is on the horizon. While Grande didn't have ginger hair during that time, stepping away from the Glinda blonde means that we're going to be getting something new sartorially from the “positions” singer.
Ginger has become a popular hair color amongst all of our favorite celebrities. Keke Palmer being a prime example. For Grande, going from blonde to ginger is quite an easy transition, so its no wonder we're getting this very strawberry blonde, ginger moment. Going back to her original dakr brown hair color would take some time, so we're enjoying the experimental hair phase we're in post-Wicked.
In the carousel Grande gives us a behind-the-scenes glimpse into a filming day. We can mostly assume it was for her recent short film brighter days ahead. And while this ginger hair color marks a slow transition potentially back to her natural brown hair color her fans have grown to love over the years, we hope we'll get a few more fun hair colors from Grande on her hair journey.
