Musician Bebe Rexha is on the mend after a concert attendee threw a phone at her face to be "funny."
Rexha posted a selfie of her black eye and stitches on Instagram to let her fans know she was doing okay in the aftermath of the incident. "I'm good," the singer wrote, flashing the thumbs-up sign. Rexha was hit during her show at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City on Sunday, June 18, when a “fan” approached the stage, threw a phone at the singer's head, splitting her brow open.

The Manhattan District Attorney's office discovered that Malvagna seemingly threw the phone at Rexha on purpose, stating in his confession per Rolling Stone: "I was trying to see if I could hit her with the phone at the end of the show because it would be funny.” (Um… what?)
