Chloe Raynaud decided to bring Bernie Sanders to prom this spring in the form of a life-size cardboard cutout after she had trouble finding a date. “I really identify with Bernie's political standpoint so I just went for it,” she told Revelist.

But Chloe didn't just snap a few pics with Bernie and ditch him for the prom festivities. Sanders was front and center in the photos with Chloe's friends, wore a matching boutonnière, hit the dance floor, and even got to crowd surf. We only wish he'd been elected prom king.

If Sanders doesn't make it to the White House in November, at least his cardboard version could have a different new home this fall: Chloe's college dorm room.
