Netflix is taking its live coverage to the next level, announcing it will stream a performance by Beyoncé during the NFL Christmas Gameday to its 283 million members around the globe. In a note shared by the streamer, this year's Christmas games “kick off what is expected to be a new holiday tradition as the streaming giant has announced NFL games for 2025 and 2026.”
After testing out its live sports strategy with the infamous Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight this past weekend, Netflix announced on November 18 that it would also be streaming the NFL Christmas Games, one of which will feature a halftime performance by Beyoncé.
Beyoncé, who recently became the most nominated artist in Grammy history with 99 nods, will perform live on Netflix on December 25, 2024, during halftime between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens at the NRG Stadium in her native Houston. Below, find out everything we know about the event.

Though the setlist is being kept under wraps, Beyoncé is expected to perform songs from Cowboy Carter during the halftime show, which will mark the first live performance of the album since its release in March 2024. The performance is being produced by Beyoncé's own company, Parkwood Entertainment, in tandem with Emmy-winning producer Jesse Collins.

Netflix has already confirmed that for the 2024 NFL Christmas Gameday Halftime Show, Beyoncé “is expected to feature some special guests who are featured on the Cowoy Carter album.”

Netflix will be streaming two Christmas Day marquee games. First up, it'll be Travis Kelce's very own Kansas City Chiefs versus the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. ET, and then the Baltimore Ravens versus the Houston Texans (with Bey's performance in the middle) at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Can I only watch the NFL Christmas Gameday on Netflix?
Nope. As confirmed by Netflix, the NFL Christmas Day games will also air on broadcast TV in the competing team cities to keep tradition. They will also be available on U.S. mobile devices with NFL+.
