Beyoncé took the night off from her Renaissance World Tour to play the role of supportive wife at a special event for Jay-Z.
The superstar singer showed up at Brooklyn Central Library this week to celebrate a special exhibit dedicated to Jay-Z's prosperous career as a rapper and music mogul. Beyoncé posted a series of photos on Friday from “The Book of HOV” event, including shots with husband Jay-Z, and their oldest daughter, Blue Ivy, 11.
Wearing a stunningly vibrant orange ensemble, Beyoncé looked as chic as ever in a lacy top and bodycon skirt with burnt orange heels. She completed the look with a diamond necklace and a sleek ponytail.

Jay-Z's “Book of HOV” exhibition was created to honor the life and career of the rapper — who was born and raised in Brooklyn. The free exhibit “features never-before-seen images, art and ephemera from the artist's archives” and celebrates his achievements in music and business.

Beyoncé posted photos posing in front of some of the features at the exhibit, along with a shot of her looking at a book. Blue Ivy also looked as gorgeous as ever in a photo next to her mom.
