Remember when Adele paid Beyoncé the ultimate compliment earlier this week? Well, Bey returned the favor in the best way, on what is arguably the "Hello" singer's most important day: her birthday, of course.
Adele got a birthday wish on Beyoncé's website and it's every bit as glorious as you'd imagine. She followed in Adele's footsteps and posted a hilarious throwback photo of the British singer as a child. (Adele posted a photo of herself with an old Beyoncé album cover, and this pic is the single cover for one of Adele's current songs.)
There's no better gift than laughter for a major superstar who has everything at her fingertips — so we have to say this was pretty thoughtful. Bey's birthday isn't until September, but until then we hope these two continue living out their fabulous friendship online.
