For the momentous occasion, it makes perfect sense that she'd pay homage to...herself in an outfit that harkens back to her iconic Dolce & Gabbana look at the 2001 VMAs look.
But this time around, Britney accessorized with the trendiest shoe of the summer: a thigh-high boot. Her bold footwear not only defies gravity, it goes brilliantly with her high-low hem and flowing train.
