Is your favorite winter beanie hat looking a little tired and worn? It's Jennie to the rescue! BLACKPINK bandmate Jennie Kim says it's officially beanie season and gave us all the inspo we need to refresh our winter gear.
The singer and actor wore a few different hats in her recent Instagram post, a roundup of fun winter moments from the season thus far. In the first selfie, she's wearing Bode's knitted Delta Jacquard Beanie hat, a retro style that the brand says was inspired by a knit hat from the 1970s. The hat comes in a palette of rust, avocado green, and chartreuse and retails for $350, though it's currently sold out. Jennie wore hers with a black sweater for the ultimate in coziness.
That wasn't the only hat Jennie chose for her IG carousel. She kept the cozy vibes going in a fleece hat by the brand Yeseyesee — not quite a beanie by definition, as the hat has earflaps and strings, but we'll go ahead and count it anyway.
Jennie paired it with a grayish-green bomber jacket with shearling fur on the lapels, worn over a fitted striped shirt. On the bottom, she wore a pair of loose-fitting light gray sweatpants with a skirt detail and black UGG boots.
Though she did not post a picture of herself wearing it, the Who Killed Bambi Beanie from Hiroaki Sueyasu's punk brand Kidill also made a cameo in Jennie's carousel, so maybe the star plans to style that one next.
Jennie knows how to elevate a cozy, comfy outfit and give it a fashion-forward edge, and her beanie looks are just the tip of the iceberg. Earlier this month, the star put a textural spin on a monochromatic beige outfit, pairing a varsity jacket with pleated pants to hang out by the campfire roasting marshmallows. If you're about to embark on a long stretch of holiday time off, follow Jennie's lead and grab a cute beanie and some comfy pants and relax. You've earned it!
