It seems like BLACKPINK’s Lisa has gotten a new tattoo with a very special meaning. Celebrity tattoo artist Gunhyo Park, who also goes by 8P, shared a snap of the back of Lisa’s neck, inked with the word β€œDream” in delicate cursive writing.

β€œEven in my fine line work, I use diluted ink and work lightly to avoid harsh black tones and minimize skin trauma. Thank you always @lalalalisa_m,” Park wrote in the Instagram caption.

While Lisa has not yet shared the tattoo or its exact meaning herself, we do know that she has a song titled β€œDream” on her debut solo album, Alter Ego, which came out late February of this year. The track is a ballad, one of her slower, softer songs, with lyrics such as β€œDon't know where you sleep lately/ But I'll see you in my dreams, maybe” and β€œIf all that we were is all that we'll ever be/It's bittersweet/At least a girl can dream.”

This wouldn’t be the first time Lisa commemorated a special moment in her career with a tattoo from Park. In March of last year, Lisa got the name of her artist management company, LLOUD, tattooed on her ankle in similar thin cursive lettering by Park as well. She announced her new company just earlier that year.

Previously, Park also did Lisa’s back and ribcage tattoos. So, this latest ink makes an addition to her growing collection. BLACKPINK is currently on their world tour, so there’s a chance we might see Lisa’s new neck tattoo on the stage soon or in one of her Instagram photo dumps from her time on the road. But in the meantime, we’re getting our fill of BLACKPINK’s style with their takes on fashion and makeup trends.
