Paris Fashion Week is finally here, and it’s starting off with a bang thanks to BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Dior.
The luxury fashion house held their Ready-To-Wear Fall 2024 runway show today in Paris, France, and global brand ambassador Jisoo traveled all the way from Seoul, South Korea to attend. To much anticipation, Jisoo arrived just minutes before the show in a chic yet adorable look. She wore a white button-down top with a black and white polka dot tie under a long belted blazer. Her shorts just barely reached below the coat’s hem, giving it a peekaboo look. For the accessories, she wore a pair of platform-heeled Mary Janes with socks and carried a black Lady Dior bag.
Of course, you can’t talk about Dior or BLACKPINK without talking about beauty. While today’s main event might have been fashion, Jisoo’s makeup was certainly up to par. On the eyes, she wore winged eyeliner and a pink eyeshadow with a touch of glitter. Her rosy eye makeup matched her cheeks, which were covered in a doll-like pink blush. She completed the look with a matte mauve lip color that brought an extra pop of color to the look.
As for her hair, it might have just been the focal point of the look. With her curtain bangs loosely curled and parted to the side, Jisoo wore her hair in two long braided pigtails. At the base, the pigtails were adorned with black ribbons tied into bows.
We couldn’t help but notice that the overall vibe was very similar to Wednesday Addams’s signature style. The hairstyle, shirt, tie, and jacket are especially reminiscent of Jenna Ortega’s character. However, Jisoo’s addition of the trendy bows and socks give the whole look a coquette feel. Who would have thought these two trends could be combined and work so well together?
