Shaving always raises quite the dilemma: On the one hand (or leg as the case may be), we love having that just-shaved, silky smooth skin. But, sometimes, our razor betrays us, and instead of baby soft skin, we're left with itchy bumps or tiny nicks. Not to mention shaving, and the pre-lather and post-lotion it requires, means adding another 20 minutes to our morning routine, and ain't nobody got time for that – something Kendall Jenner, inventor of the on-the-go shaving method, seems to agree with.

Enter the Skarp razor, which uses wavelengths and light to cut hair without an actual razor blade. Developed by Morgan Gustavsson and Paul Binun, Skarp, unlike traditional laser hair removal devices that only cut through dark hair, can zap away hair of any color, and it can be used on any part of your body to give you smooth skin every time. If you're thinking this sounds too good to be true, you're partially right. While it's not out just yet, Skarp has currently exceeded its funding goal on Kickstarter, with hopes to be made available by March 2016 for $159. And since six months is a little too long to give up on shaving completely, we'll just stick to our basic blades for now (and try to find a wait list we can get our names on).
