Camila Mendes seems to be embracing the "less is more" ethos these days, at least when it comes to fashion. You'll see what we mean exactly in a minute.
The Riverdale and Do Revenge star was spotted in her literal underwear at the Coach Fall 2023 ready-to-wear show, which took place on February 13, 2023, as part of New York Fashion Week. Despite New York City's freezing temperatures, Cami decided to rock the bare minimum in the name of fashion, making quite the statement FROW.
The core of the actor's look was a black bra paired with matching high-waisted briefs. She rounded off the 'fit with an oversized leather jacket layered over her lingerie to add a little bit of warmth and coverage — emphasis on "little." She accessorized with a pair of sunglasses, a Coach Taffy handbag, and chunky C-logo loafers.

Camila was spotted both outside and inside the venue — the latter san sunglasses — donning the daring outfit. She kept her glam to a minimum, wearing her hair in loose waves, a no-makeup makeup look complete with a peachy lip gloss, and a classic red manicure.
She attended the show with her boyfriend, Rudy Mancuso, who also wore Coach for the occasion. (ICYMI: Cami soft-launched her relationship with Rudy on Instagram in later 2022.)
But back to fashion. We know that Camila Mendes always understands the assignment. The Brazilian-American actor is known for both always being on trend and helping set them. Recently, she wowed us sporting a green corset top and long low-rise skirt from Versace and a red vintage corset dress from Jean Paul Gaultier's collaboration with La Perla.
If anything, Cami's latest look is a reminder for all of us to be a bit bolder when it comes to our sartorial choices. Next time you are in your room in your cute underwear, panicking because you have nothing to wear to your next function, why not throw on your favorite oversized jacket and accessories and just rush out? Weather permitting, of course. Ok, maybe also throw on a slip dress, just in case. We don't want anyone catching a cold!
