Over the weekend, Carys Zeta Douglas (a.k.a Carys Douglas), the 22-year-old daughter of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas, took to her Instagram to post a look featuring a bikini that the Addams family could totally get behind, courtesy of made-in-Brazil brand Orixa by V. Thibes.

The recent Brown University graduate took to her story to post her dark navy bikini, which retails for $195, giving it her stamp of approval by a mountainside lake rather than a beach. Douglas's design of choice features hand-braided straps on both the top and the bottom, as well as a central gold-plated Italian varnish detail giving the classic triangle shape an elevated touch.
Though we often associate black with the Addams family, and particularly Wednesday, Douglas's pick is a fun lesson for those looking to slowly but surely incorporate more colors into their wardrobes. In fact, her mother already gave us a similar take on this common color swap in 1999, when she attended the 25th Anniversary of Saturday Night Live in a black and navy-lined slip dress that her Wednesday character would undoubtedly approve of and which you can see above.
