The first time I saw Jourdan Dunn walk a runway was at the Costello Tagliapietra show last February. Natalie, my editor at Fashionista, and I turned to each other and went, "Woah."
We knew she’d be big, but we didn’t realize how big or how quickly she’d explode. Within months, she’d landed a cover of the famous July Italian Vogue, modeled for Topshop alongside Teen Vogue covergirl Karlie Kloss and walked every runway from Marc Jacobs to Balenciaga.
So I knew she was a stellar model when I met her backstage at Preen, I just didn’t know she was also the nicest girl in the industry.
