Not one, but two Gossip Girl alumni are making their way back to the small screen. Don't get your hopes up, though: They're totally different shows and they couldn't be more opposite.

Both Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford landed lead roles in upcoming ABC shows. Chase is set to star in Boom, a series that follows the pilgrimage of a young couple heading to the oil fields of North Dakota after an economic boom. Their hope? To get rich and live the best life possible, but obviously things aren't as easy as planned.

Then there's Ed's new role of—surprisingly or not—a serial killer. This guy is able to put Chuck's more devious tendencies to use in L.A. Crime, a show based in the '80s about a couple detectives whose main mission is to catch a Bonny and Clyde-like set of criminals. The bad boy of the pair? None other than Mr. Bass himself.

If you're not already glued to your TV every week, we have a feeling that's about to change really quickly.
