Bedrooms within staircases may not seem all that great especially after Harry Potter, but one woman is changing that. Her name is Betty McCall and she has built her 4-year-old chihuahua, Poncho, a dream home that even humans would envy.
Betty, who is a retired teacher in Georgia, didn't even realize that she had created something special until her nephew Will Rigdon came to visit her over Labor Day Weekend, Buzzfeed reports. Amazed at what he saw, he posted pictures on Imgur that went viral.
Everything is scaled for Poncho inside the bedroom, from the mini dresser to the mini grand piano, mini lamp, mini rug, mini decorative antlers and mini sombrero, which is so cute you would be completely warranted if you screamed out loud.
There is also a mini brass bed, which, when she found the American Doll trinket at a thrift store, is what inspired McCall to create the room, Buzzfeed reports. “I thought it would be funny to use it as a dog bed,” McCall told Buzzfeed. “This worked much better and is more comfortable for Poncho.”
The bar for dog house design has just been impossibly raised.
