In one way or another, we all take after our mothers — and TikTok superstar Noah Beck is no different. To celebrate Mother's Day in a playful fashion, Coach has tapped the influencer for its latest campaign.
Noah Beck is joined by long-time ambassador Jennifer Lopez, Tommy Dorfman, and their mommas — quite literally — as well as Jessica Kelly Basquiat and her daughter Emma in the new “I Got It From My Mom” campaign.
With younger generations craving Coach's designs, the brand has put a spin on the traditional hand-me-down of coveted goods. Aside from honoring the custom they have become synonymous with — I got my first Coach bag from my mom's closet, I can attest — the “I Got It From My Mom” campaign also celebrates the role mother figures play as mentors, muses, and sources of style inspiration.
Shot by Joshua Woods, the campaign features portraits of the cast with their family members and a video series where they share the unique gifts, talents, and traits they got from their moms.
“This Mother’s Day, we wanted to recognize all the ways mothers inspire and shape us,” Sandeep Seth, North America Brand President and Chief Marketing Officer of Coach, said in a press release. “We also wanted to celebrate the joy found in the things we pass from one generation to another, and our brand’s role in creating special memories for our customers over the years.”
“I Got It From My Mom” highlights the house’s Pillow Tabby and Madison Shoulder bags, which have become super popular amongst Gen Z. With a new crop collecting all the latest bags, we can't wait to see the personal archive collection the next generation gets from their moms in 20 years.
