For most of us, graduating high school is an event all by itself. But for Coco Gauff, graduation was part of something much larger: The French Open.
On Friday, days before she was set to hit the court for the French Open, Gauff posed for her graduation photos in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. “I did it. no #Classof2022,” she tweeted. The photos marked her graduation from the Florida Virtual Flex program, according to ESPN.

Coco has balanced homeschool with her tennis career, fitting in lessons as she trains and travels the world. While most teens head to a graduation party after their ceremony, Gauff celebrated the occasion by winning her first round at the French Open, beating Canada's Rebecca Marino 7-5,6-0.
In the comments of her Instagram post about her graduation, many congratulated Gauff, including fellow tennis great Naomi Osaka. In a more relatable moment, Gauff commented on her own post, “3rd time posting this because I messed up the first two times,” with a laughing and crying emoji.
So, among her many accolades, Gauff can now list high school graduate on her extensive resume.
