Demi Lovato has had quite the year. From the premiere of her hit single “Cool for the Summer” to announcing the release of her new album “Confident” and landing several magazine covers, the powerhouse singer isn’t showing any sign of slowing down. She’s made it clear that she’s extremely proud of her upcoming album, as it represents her being at her happiest and healthiest state. And she's even taking extra steps in getting her fans pumped up for the album’s release — including getting them involved in a major way.

Earlier this week, Demi announced on Twitter that she’d be launching a #findconfident scavenger hunt for fans to find bits and pieces of her new album. So far Demi’s placed two “confident boxes” across the city — both were found by superfans in a heartbeat. The first box contained a video of Demi singing a soulful new song “Stone Cold” in a recording studio, while the other one held snippets of major #tbt Demi videos while another new song “Old Ways” played as the soundtrack.

Demi also performed “Stone Cold” in front of a few lucky fans last night at the Highline Ballroom in New York City — and you can tell it’s a song she’s very proud of. In a new interview with Complex, Demi said she hopes this is the song that will get her a Grammy nomination next year. From the sound of it, it’s Grammy-worthy indeed. Take a look at a video of her performance and see for yourself!
