From Adventures in Babysitting to Camp Rock and throwbacks including Lizzie Mcguire and Hannah Montana, Disney Channel has always been a go-to destination for the best TV shows and movies. Variety reports the network is about to bring you new shows that in a way that will make it much easier for you to get your Disney nostalgia fix.
Before you head back to school this fall, Disney will premiere 12 new short-form movies on its own streaming platforms and YouTube. The shorts will be available under what will be known as "Free Period" — which is also the title of one of the shorts — via Disney's website, mobile apps, and connected TV devices starting today (Aug. 5) through Aug. 18. A few others include Exchange, Hamburger High, and Virtual High.
From study abroad programs to a hilarious short about going through high school as a slice of pepperoni pizza, the list of movies you can find here will not disappoint. In case you need a break from your required summer reading list, this is definitely a solid choice for your next binge-watch session.
