Gossip Girl star Evan Mock may be new to the mainstream scene, but his wardrobe and styling these days make it seem like he’s making very specific moves to become fashion's next it boy. Fresh off his Met Gala debut, the actor, model, and skateboarder has been attending the Fashion Weeks, obviously, and if we are being totally honest, he's been acing them all.
On October 2, Evan was spotted at Vivienne Westwood’s Paris Fashion Week show wearing a cropped vest as a crop top, effortlessly flowy, flared jeans, and accessories upon accessories — namely black shades and layered pearl and chain necklaces. The pièce de résistance of his outfit, I think we can all agree, is the pink gingham, bowling-style handbag he sported.
Aside from this standout look, Paris has also seen Evan’s range. At Lacoste’s show, he was dressed in every high school boy’s uniform: light blue and forest green striped polo sweater, collared shirt, and jeans.
For the Lanvin show, he wore a standard pairing on top (a dark denim jacket and white t-shirt) and a theatrically baggy pair of inky blue, knee-length shorts.
At Raf Simons, Evan sported a loosely knit light blue and red color-blocked sweater with flowy bubblegum-pink straight leg trousers, all accented pink laces on his Nikes and a skateboard.
Jean-Paul Gaultier’s show later in the evening called for a slight change of tune, where he wore the same outfit with a tan, collared zip-up jacket over top.
At the Balmain Festival, Evan wore a cropped black sweater with a geometric pattern over top a white collared shirt and flared-out acid-dyed jeans, and platform shoes.
Before Paris, he was also at Milan Fashion Week’s star-studded Versace show sitting front row. He stuck to the basics, wearing a cool dark blue jacket and pant matching set and a black leather bag with bright graphic scribbles. Bring on the next season and the next round of Evan Mock looks!
