Ganni is the brand of the moment. Almost every it-girl is captured wearing clothing by the brand, and every fashion week appearance has social media clocked in. The Danish label recently closed Copenhagen Fashion Week with a refreshing spring-summer 2024 show that featured earthy tones, natural materials like denim and leather, and an elevated take on everyday silhouettes. The show also featured some new sneakers from their upcoming collection with New Balance.
Ganni x New Balance's first collaboration from last year was such a hit that they're joining forces again on three new styles. Ganni's "Hello, World!" collection debuted a pair of 1960R sneakers imagined in the colors white "Egret" and "Blazing Yellow."
Ganni x New Balance will also feature some RC30 Trackster sneakers in a bumblebee black and yellow colorway. The sneakers will be available in-store and online from August 16, with the RC30s being exclusive to Ganni's website.
The brand's Copenhagen runway show also gave us a first look at its upcoming collaboration with model of the moment Paloma Elsesser. Elsesser's closet has always been stan-worthy, so her collab with Ganni is a match made in sartorial heaven. If her opening look is anything to go by, there is much to look forward to. Elsesser looked regal, strutting down the runway in a sheer brown maxi dress with a hood for dramatic effect. From the ruching at the hip to the keyhole chest cutout, the eye-catching details of her dress are a promising taste of what we can expect.
Not only will her awe-worthy dress be part of the Ganni x Paloma Elsesser collaboration, but the collection will also be size inclusive. Ganni's creative director, Ditte Reffstrup, said the focus of the Paloma Elsesser collaboration was "to empower individuals of all shapes and sizes by offering thoughtful, elevated styles." Ranging from EU 32–52 (US 0–22), the collection will be released in Spring next year. We're ready!
