Gigi Hadid just made her arrival at the Met Gala 2024 dressed in Thom Browne. The full length gown was all white with a black contrast hem. It featured a corseted bodice that laced up the back.

Hadid is a frequent guest at the Met Gala. Of course, the legendary model is a regular at fashion’s biggest night. She first attended the fashion fundraiser nine years ago, in 2015. She wore a red DVF dress and wore her signature blonde hair in loose waves. Flash forward to her last appearance in 2023 when she attended wearing a corseted sheer look from Givenchy in honor of Karl Lagerfeld.
For a veteran like Hadid, no detail is missed. She enlisted the help of celebrity nail artist Mei Kawajiri, who ensured she was prepped and ready to go for the big night. “I like to paint a single very thin coat of nude gel to keep the French manicure a bit more fresh and sheer,” Kawajiri said in a press release about Hadid’s nails for the night. “The hand-sculpted 3D yellow flowers add a playful touch to a classic style. This mix of playful and classic is just like Gigi. We wanted the nail looks to be a continuation of her Met Gala look designed by Thom Browne. A no-wipe top coat is essential, it is one less step when you are backstage or on-set!”
Hadid may as well be deserving of the title “queen of duality.” In stark contrast to her larger-than-life red carpet looks, some staples of her off-duty outfits include fan-favorite sneakers, leggings, and cozy-themed loungewear.
