On January 12, Gigi Hadid threw Zayn a 26th birthday party in her new New York City apartment, and they put coziness and style into high gear. The day of, Gigi shared a photo of the two dressed for the festivities to her Instagram and the couple’s at-home looks started garnering attention immediately.
In line with her recent NYC outings, Gigi opted for a baby pink shearling Prada hat, a cozy coat, and a scarf because staying at home doesn't mean renouncing chicness. To give it a homelier vibe, she rounded off the look with a pair of unicorn slippers. Zayn, on the other hand, sported a cream beanie, textured crewneck thermal, and orange overalls. He finished his look with a pair of Nike Air Max 90 sneaker boots (we will leave the shoes-at-home discussion for another day) and Nike socks.

The couple’s friend Leah McCarthy, who also celebrated Gigi’s birthday at their house with them, shared an Instagram story of the extremely festive Zayn-shaped confetti over popular videogame character Mario, who sported a 'fit very similar to Zayn's.

It also seems that, after some sleuthing, fans noticed the "Vibez" singer had an outfit change. Via Instagram stories, Gigi shared a photo of Zayn, and although all that’s visible is his sleeve, it appears to be a custom BODE jacket. Overall – no pun intended – fans loved seeing Zayn and Gigi celebrating the occasion by opting not to take themselves too seriously.
