We've heard of fairy godmother moments, but this one really takes the cake: Gina Rodriguez is giving one fan her Golden Globes dress to wear to her prom.
Jessica, a fan of Gina's, did what we all do: Reached out to her hero on Twitter in hopes of a fave or even a response. But Gina did her one better: She promised to send Jessica the dress.

There's one minor hiccup: Gina doesn't own the gorgeous blue Zac Posen dress she just wore to this year's ceremony. As is often the case, that one was on loan. Still, she wanted to do something for Jessica, so she sent her the dress from her iconic winning moment last year.
That's right: The classic, glamorous black strapless Badgley Mischka dress Gina wore for her 2015 Golden Globes tearjerker speech will now go to a lucky fan to wear to prom. Gina sent the dress sometime in early March.
