At the core of Ginny & Georgia is a story about the importance of family. A special unintentional easter egg to drive that theme home is the pair of real-life siblings within the show's cast: Raymond Ablack and Rebecca Ablack, also known as Joe and Padma.

On January 13, Netflix shouted out the brother-sister duo on their official Twitter account. “Ginny & Georgia needs more Joe & Padma scenes because it's too cute seeing real-life siblings Raymond & Rebecca Ablack on-screen together!” Season 2 brought the siblings closer together, as Ginny and Padma start working at Blue Farm, the coffee shop that Joe owns.

Now, Padma calling Joe her “dorky older brother” in season 2 has new — literal and adorable — meaning. This also explains the two actors' incredible comedic chemistry. It seems natural because it is natural! Raymond and Rebecca don't keep their relation a secret, but it took many fans the entire second season to put two and two together.

“Padma and Joe are siblings irl?? How did I not clock they have the same lower half of the face,” wrote one G&G fan on Twitter. It's true, they really do look alike.

IRL, Raymond (who is 33 years old) and Rebecca (22) show each other sibling love on social media all the time. “Me and a bunch of pictures that Joe from Ginny & Georgia got in???” Rebecca jokingly captioned a season 2 behind-the-scenes photo dump on Instagram.

“It's not lost on me, how impossible the odds were and how lucky I was to have shared a dream with my sister. Feeling grateful," wrote Raymond in the caption of his own photo dump. In Raymond's carousel, we see the siblings on set at Blue Farm, at a table read, posing in front of the show's logo, and in the makeup trailer together.

Let's hope that Ginny & Georgia season 3, if greenlit, will give the people what they want: more Joe, more Padma, and more banter behind the Blue Farm counter.
