The Golden Globes 2018 saw a change in the red carpet, as it was filled with black attire to stand in solidarity against sexual assault. Attendees arrived alongside activist guests and with intent to speak up for causes like Time's Up. And throughout the night, we saw glam squads continue to deliver makeup and hair looks that had their wearers shining bright. Of course, the evening didn't end there; following the carpet and the show was the InStyle after party, where guests kept the surprises coming with brand-new looks, from bright pink eyeshadow to the darkest lipstick. (Plus, some beauty moments that were so good, they stayed put all night long.) Below, see all the photos you missed last night.

Taylor Hill

Hairstylist Danilo created this stunning high ponytail that perfectly complimented Hung Vanngo's dark lip and winged eyeliner combo.

Issa Rae

Issa's beauty look kept going strong from the carpet to the after party, looking even better as the night wore on. Makeup artist Joanna Simkin used Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant Smoothing Body Butter as a base to keep this look fresh for hours. (Pro tip: when working with a look like this, a couple coats of setting spray will keep everything locked in for hours.)

They completed it with a gorgeous red lip using Studded Kiss Crème Lipstick in “Gold Blooded” which will be available at Sephora next week. Hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons completed the look with a fresh-out-of-the-shower style that gave her some volume without taking away from the makeup.
