It's time for Golden Globes 2026, the most chaotically fun time of awards season, and there are so many incredible projects up for nomination. Streaming on Paramount+ and CBS, the film, television and podcast awards will be celebrating some of the biggest and brightest projects in entertainment this year.
Let's look at who's up for nominations: One Battle After Another has the most nominations this season, in a whopping nine categories across the comedy and musical film categories. Drama film Sentimental Value follows closely with eight nominations (if you haven't watched it, prepare tissues ahead of time). I'm also personally rooting for Netflix animated film KPop Demon Hunters, which snagged three nominations this season, Ryan Coogler's incredible six-time nominated action-horror film Sinners, as well as The Studio, Seth Rogen's comedy series which is about the entertainment industry — so meta! — that has four nominations. A reminder that unfortunately, Heated Rivalry does not qualify for this year's nominations, but at least we saw both Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams on the red carpet.
And yes, for the first time ever, the Golden Globes will also be doing a podcast category, of which Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert, Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy and Amy Poehler's Good Hang are all nominated.
