It’s official: the Rhode Pocket Blush is finally here! In case you missed it, Rhode founder Hailey Bieber has been teasing a new product for quite some time now. She first teased it in a sunkissed makeup tutorial back in March, where she gave fans a peek at the new release in action. Then, in May, she showed off her maternity style, and the unreleased blush made a cameo. In one of her pics, she wore an adorable set of overalls and snuck a tube of blush in the pocket, too.

Now, we finally have all the details on this once-mysterious new product. On June 10, with the help of campaign stars Alex Consani and Paloma Elsesser, Hailey Bieber and Rhode announced that they are launching new “pocket” blushes. Packaged in a convenient, sleek brown tube, Rhode's new blushes come in six different shades: a baby pink named “Piggy,” a neutral peach named “Freckle,” a bright coral named “Spicy Marg,” a soft mauve named “Sleepy Girl,” a hot pink named “Juice Box,” and a bronze terracotta named “Toasted Teddy.”

According to the brand, the blushes are vegan, cruelty-free, fragrance-free, formulated without gluten, and dermatologist-tested and developed. They will each retail for $24 and be available on rhodeskin.com on June 20.

Ahead of the drop, the editors at Teen Vogue put the new blushes to the test for you. We’ve swatched, worn, and examined them so we can share our unfiltered thoughts and help you decide if you're ready to sign up for the Rhode Pocket Blush waitlist!

I’ve only recently become a blush girlie and cream blush is definitely my preference. I love having the ability to blend it out super thin for just a kiss of color. These Rhode blushes are perfect for that!

“Toasted Teddy” is such a rich color perfect for people with my skin tone. I see myself wearing this with a warm golden highlighter all summer. Just be sure to finish with a setting spray because the blush will fade throughout the day if you don’t!

After trying the Rhode Lip Tints, I was super excited to try the new blushes! The name Pocket Blush is super fitting because this is such a convenient product for those on the go. The packaging is easy to carry around, and you don’t necessarily need to carry around a brush to apply it. (This might be a hot take, but I preferred the way it looked when I applied it with my fingers.)

While the texture is very creamy to the touch, I didn't spread as far as I thought it would when I was blending. So, while I know the instructions say to use a finger or brush to apply, I couldn't help but go straight in with the stick, which I thought was super convenient because I could put it super easily with just one hand. I found that I needed a light swipe for each cheek to get my ideal look when using the lighter colors, but I only needed a dab of the darker colors.

While it is buildable, it does lean on the more sheer side, so it’s a great option for a subtle or “no makeup” makeup look rather than a full glam moment. Unlike other blushes, the finish feels very real as if you’re blushing on your own, especially because it blends out quite well so there are no harsh edges. It’s perfect for a cloud-blush look. I only reapplied once throughout the day for the lighter colors as they weren't as noticeable after wearing a mask, touching my face, and other daily activities, but the darker colors stayed on without any reapplication, so I think it would take quite some time to get through the product.

At $24, it’s a similar price to many popular blushes, so I think it's pretty fair. I would recommend one or two to a friend, and I would also want to restock my favorite colors, “Piggy,” “Sleepy Girl,” and “Juice Box,” when I run out, but I do wish they were available at a popular retailer for easier access.

I usually want a blush or bronzer that is truly easy to blend, slightly amplifying, and not really seen. I was nervous about how pigmented the Rhode cream blush collection is, but I really love how the “Freckle” shade blended on my skin, giving me just the little bit of color I was looking for.

I cannot complete a face beat without a nice pop of blush. So when I was offered the chance to test Rhode’s new cream blushes, I was all for it. The packaging is absolutely adorable; I love how small and easy it is to use. I can pop into any handbag or mini purse and not worry about it taking up lots of space.

My favorite shade from the collection is “Juice Box.” It’s a bright pink hue that’s super pigmented (seriously, a little goes a long way). It glides onto my skin smooth and feels really light. I also like how easy it is to blend out the product with a brush or just my fingers.
