The Met Gala 2025 isn't only the Super Bowl of fashion for us in the States — it's revered worldwide, which is why international attendees are all over the place. Lovers of fashion watch the event from throughout the globe, enjoying the celebration of themes and art. And this year, with the theme being "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," there's sure to be interest in what people are wearing and how their cultural backgrounds inform the looks.
One of the Met 2025 co-chairs is Lewis Hamilton, who hails from England but has been a supporter of the Arts for years. In addition to attending the event, in 2021 Hamilton bought a table to accommodate up-and-coming Black designers whom he wanted to support. The gesture was big, but it also shows the international importance of the event. Hamilton isn't the only international talent to attend the Met Gala 2025.
This year, there were also a lot of first-time debuts like Sarocha Chankimha, Lisa, and Indian mega-star Shah Rukh Khan. We also saw Jennie, Lorde, and Bad Bunny, who have attended in years past and never disappoint. The theme of the evening is Tailored for You, so we're sure to see form-fitting ensembles with international flair. Below, see all the international celebrities who attended the event.
