Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato just revived Mitchie Torres and Shane Gray, 17 years after the premiere of Camp Rock, and the nostalgia is hitting DCOM lovers like a truck.
On August 10, 2025, Demi Lovato joined the Jonas Brothers as a special guest on the trio's opening night for their JONAS20 Greetings From Your Hometown Tour. The tour's first show was held at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, a.k.a. the brothers' home turf, so, of course, they had to make the kickoff extra special.
Towards the end of the show, after having performed fan favorites like “Lovebug” and “S.O.S.,” Joe Jonas delighted the crowd with a rendition of “Gotta Find You” before Demi Lovato joined the brothers on stage to perform “This Is Me," later joining in a duet.

Not content with the throwback to the first Camp Rock movie, which came out in 2008, Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato also joined forces for a duet of “Wouldn't Change a Thing," their joint track from 2010's Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. The two belted and harmonized together and wrapped the performance with a hug on stage.

After the performance, Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas took to Instagram to commemorate the occasion, posting a couple of backstage videos of the two lypsincing to “Wouldn't Change a Thing" and Debby Ryan's infamous Disney Channel soundbite.

Of course, everyone is in their feels about this iconic reunion and sharing their thoughts in the comment section. “The world is healing,” someone commented under one of Lovato's posts. “Not to be dramatic, but this really changed my life,” someone else added.
Demi Lovato was not the only special guest that the Jonas Brothers welcomed on stage for the sold-out opening night of their tour. The trio also invited Switchfoot, Dean Lewis, and Jesse McCartney to the stage, the latter to perform a rendition of his 2004 hit track “Beautiful Soul.” (ICYMI: the Jonas Brothers opened for Jesse McCartney in 2005.)
The JONAS20 Greetings From Your Hometown Tour is a celebration of the Jonas Brothers' 20-year career, spanning both their group and solo chapters. The tour will continue with 50+ stops across the US until mid-November. You can see every stop here.
