Now here's a trip down memory lane: Over the weekend, the Jonas Brothers brought out their old friend and former bodyguard, Big Rob, on stage to help them perform their 2008 hit "Burnin' Up". It's been a minute since we've seen the Jonas Brothers and Big Rob sharing a stage but thankfully, fellow fans of the best New Jersey boy band to ever exist took videos for us to enjoy.
Video footage captured by fans shows Big Rob onstage, rocking out with the Jonas Brothers and performing his "Burnin' Up" rap. The crowd is absolutely living for it — and I can't blame them. Reactions to the performance were just as passionate on Twitter, with reactions ranging from concert attendees saying it was "an iconic moment," to those of us unable to attend reacting with feelings like "Big Rob is the cutest Jonas Brother and you can’t deny that."
In case you forgot, Big Rob was an integral part of the "Burnin' Up" music video. Throughout the epic video, which kicks off with Big Rob handing the Jonas Brothers scripts envisioning them in different hero scenarios. Big Rob is in the mix, not only performing his rap but also getting his moment to play the hero in each scenario, too. It was iconic then, and it remains iconic now.
The Jonas Brothers have been busy this year as they've embarked on their epic Happiness Begins tour around the U.S. Kevin, Joe, and Nick have been bringing down the house night after night as they perform lots of their greatest hits as well as new songs from their latest album, Happiness Begins. And while it's been especially fun to see footage of the JoBros performing the classics, it's fair to say nothing will top the incredible burst of nostalgia they gave us by bringing Big Rob out on stage.
