For a night out at Tod's Fashion Show in Italy, Karlie paired the bottoms with a patterned lace blouse that almost has the outfit giving off jumpsuit vibes. It's basically impossible for Karlie to not look amazing -- even in overalls -- but these pants are making leather work even in a formal setting. File this under seriously alternative prom-spiration.
