Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are now officially engaged — and, of course, her family and BFF have reacted to the news.
On October 17, the internet came to a halt when rumors surfaced that the Blink 182 drummer had proposed to Kourt at the Rosewood Miramar Beach Hotel in Santa Barbara, California — as Us Weekly noted. Throughout the day, onlookers started sharing pics on social media, and it didn’t take much for the speculation to get a confirmation.
Just hours later, Kourtney herself took to Instagram to announce the news first hand. “Forever,” the 42-year-old wrote, tagging Travis in her caption and sharing a few pics of the romantic ceremony. The pictures show the couple engulfed in roses and candles as they share a kiss on the sandy shore. “FOREVER,” Travis commented on the post alongside an infinity sign.

And the roses didn’t end there. Alabama Luella Barker, Travis’s 15-year-old daughter, took to Instagram stories to congratulate the couple and share a few behind-the-scenes snaps of what looks like a celebratory dinner — which included a peek at Kourtney’s engagement ring.
As expected, Kourt’s family also jumped on the public celebration bandwagon. Kim Kardashian, for example, took to Twitter to share a video of the couple kissing, which gave us a closeup of the ring. She captioned it: “KRAVIS FOREVER.”

Khloe, Kendall, Kylie, and Kris Jenner were also present at the dinner table and posted captionless clips to their stories. (And, per one of Kris’s slides, it does look like some sort of filming was going on as a mic was spotted in the scene.) Kourt’s BFF, Addison Rae, also shared Kourtney’s announcement to her stories and added her two cents on the comments of Kourt's post: “IM SCREAMING.”
