If you've been tuned into the spectacle that is naming Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott's secondborn for over a year now, we have great news for you: their son is now officially and legally Aire Webster.
Per court documents obtained by People, as of June 22, Kylie Jenner has officially filed to change her son's legal name from Wolf Webster to Aire Webster. Technically, the change has probably not been made yet as it's only been five days, but the paperwork is signed, sealed, and delivered.
In case you missed this long and convoluted saga — and don't get why this is such a big deal — allow us to recap it for you: Jenner and Travis Scott, who already share 5-year-old daughter Stormi, welcomed their second child back in February 2022.
Shortly after giving birth, Jenner revealed the baby's name was Wolf Webster on her Instagram Stories — only to announce her son's name wasn't Wolf anymore a few days later. "FYI our son's name isn't Wolf anymore," Jenner wrote at the time. "We just really didn't feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere." (Casual stuff that every parent does.)

After literal months without a new baby name, Jenner herself even got in on the joke, quipping that they were "waiting for him to just name himself." In all seriousness, Jenner has previously admitted one of the reasons she hadn't shared the baby's new name was because they were scared of changing their minds again as they were "testing out" different names whilst in the process of changing his name legally — which, as we now know, has taken quite a bit of time.
In January 2023 — yes, for those keeping count, just one month shy of the baby's first birthday — Jenner finally revealed the final name of her son, Aire Webster. Jenner confirmed that the name is phonetically pronounced like "air," after much fan confusion, and the name has officially stuck. It was time.
