From Smurf blue, to banana yellow, to cotton-candy pink, when it comes to hair color, Lady Gaga’s tried it all.
Much like her oversized sunglasses, outrageous outfits, and dramatic makeup, bold dye jobs are just part of the Gaga package. Her style always keeps us guessing.
So while it isn’t surprising that the singer switched up her color yet again, we’re pleasantly surprised to see her debut a shade of red so muted, she could pass for a natural red head.
We’ve seen rock-star reds so bright, they’re nearly neon, on stars like Kristen Stewart and Hayley Williams. That hue is more in line with what we’d expect from Gaga and her brave beauty spirit. However, her realistic approach is equally badass.

Gaga debuted the color between shows during Paris Fashion Week—where, we should add, she also showed off a jet-black updo the day before and a platinum blowout the day before that. What a whirlwind!
While this look is likely a wig, we don’t blame anyone for being fooled by her coppery color. There’s still a day left of Paris Fashion Week. Think she’ll go for another surprising hue? We shall see.
P.S. We can’t leave you without pointing out her casual "look at my engagement ring, everybody," pose. With a rock so big, we can see why she’d need to post up to give her dainty hand a rest.
