Two of America’s most important women are headed to The Voice. Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys had already been confirmed as the next season's new judges, but before the powerful artists hit the stage, they will have to follow two truly epic female appearances.
First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden are scheduled to appear on Monday night’s show. Though it hasn't been revealed whether they will be judging (or better yet, doing some singing of their own), FLOTUS and Dr. Biden will be there to spearhead a very special celebration. There's no doubt how much America's leading ladies have going on, but the fact that they're taking the time to level with American on such a relatable platform is a huge moment for television. (President Obama also made an appearance on American Idol earlier this year.)
The episode will honor Joining Forces's fifth anniversary. The organization calls on the country to support all veterans and service members. The night’s Top 10 performances will also be accompanied by an audience full of military members and their families. It's definitely going to be a night to remember!
