Sitting at dinner with me in her new hometown of Los Angeles, Michelle Phan—a beauty transformer who could give Lady Gaga a run for her money—is having a most deliciously ironic conundrum. "I can’t figure out what I want to be for Halloween," she laments. "I’ve run out of ideas!"
